Application form
When you submit an application to Saxemara Artist Studios through our application form, we collect the personal data you provide, for example:

- CV, portfolio or similar

We use this data solely to process your application and to communicate with you about the residency programme.
The data is stored only for as long as necessary for the purpose and in accordance with GDPR (at most 24 months after the process ends, unless the law requires longer retention).

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except where required for the technical operation of the website (e.g. web hosting, email provider) or where we are obliged to by law.
